Auction No. 31/2023-24 of 91-Day, 182-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, 24 December 2023. Of which, 207 bids amounting to Taka 7,095.63 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 3,500.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 57 bids amounting to Taka 2,378.01 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1,500.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 103 bids amounting to Taka 3,470.27 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2,000.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 141 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 3,386.87 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 28 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 506.01 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 72 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 1,406.27 crore for 364-Day T.Bill by the auction committee, respectively. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids were 10.95-11.10, 11.05-11.20 and 11.25-11.50 percent per annum, respectively.
